Your Role
You will translate client business requirements into insights dashboards, and reports supporting their strategic and operational goals. Close collaboration with clients across all project phases ensures solutions deliver measurable value.
As a Senior Consultant, responsibilities further include designing scalable analytics and AI solutions with an emphasis on quality, compliance, and maintainability.
What You’ll Do
- The Business Analyst will, together with our clinical roles, analyze healthcare data needs, map processes, and ensure business requirements are accurately translated into data‑driven solutions.
- Develop and deliver BI dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel) that distill complex datasets into executive-level insights.
- Design data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and semantic layers (e.g., SQL, SSIS/ADF, tabular models) for high-quality analytics.
- Construct AI-enabled forecasting, risk/quality monitoring, and NLP summarization workflows; operationalize models using MLOps.
- Implement data quality controls (rules, alerts, lineage, audits) and performance monitoring dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data/Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in analytics, data science, data warehousing, AI / Machine Learning or BI, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.
- Skilled in e.g. Power BI, Python, SAS, Excel and the use of SQL.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, mentorship, and delivery expertise in regulated data environments.
- Domain expertise and experience from healthcare will be an advantage
