About the role: 

In addition to its core business Mirakl has recently announced the launch of a new global Retail Media technology (Mirakl Ads) to empower Marketplace operators to operate successful Retail Media programs. 

As  Business Consultant for Mirakl Ads, reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, your primary mission is to support Mirakl Ads clients to optimize their Ads revenues through the use of Mirakl Ads. 

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, entrepreneurial and natural born networker with solid knowledge of the Advertising landscape.

Your Mission:

You will play a key role in the growth of Mirakl Ads, managing a portfolio of strategic clients, whether newly signed or already live.

  • Launch Phase:

    • Define the Mirakl Ads strategy and support clients in structuring their organization.
    • Lead workshops and implement a sharp commercial action plan with the right KPIs.
    • Train and guide clients through the Go-live phase.
  • Operational Phase:

    • Develop and execute tailored strategies for each client.
    • Analyze performance and optimize ad revenues (placements, campaigns, etc.).
    • Conduct business reviews, providing strategic insights and growth recommendations.

Your Impact: 

  • Structure and improve Mirakl Ads Business Consulting processes.
  • Support the sales cycle for Mirakl Ads Sales House.
  • Act as the voice of the Publisher, advising internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product).
  • Stay up to date with Retail Media trends and identify growth opportunities.

Your Profile :

  • Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  •  3 + years of experience in adtech, preferably with a retail media experience or in a Publisher company. 
  • Solid knowledge of eCommerce, marketplace and online advertising and more specifically an understanding of adtech value chains
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong client-facing and project management skills
  • A highly business-driven individual with strong analytical skills who thrives in dynamic environments
  • Someone keen to participate in a growing, “start-up” style, work experience and shape the Mirakl Ads business consulting processes.
  • Fluency in English  – French or any additional language will be a great asset in the context of international expansion
  • A self motivated & energetic person who thrives in a fast-paced environments with experience managing multiple internal stakeholders to deliver commercial goals
  • Strong organisation skills coupled with attention to details
  • Able to travel internationally whenever required
