Job Summary:
As a Business Assistant in Audit, you will support senior executives in a fast-paced financial environment. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage advanced, proactive diary scheduling for senior meetings and events.
  • Coordinate travel and entertainment bookings, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Handle internal and external client interactions with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with support groups and business stakeholders across the organization.
  • Utilize internal systems for data entry, reporting, and information collation.
  • Oversee distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative tasks.
  • Understand and adapt to changing group priorities and business expectations.
  • Partner with assistants across teams to provide coverage and build networks.
  • Take ownership of projects and training opportunities.
