Elicits and documents business and functional requirements, facilitates stakeholder workshops, analyzes current and future-state processes, and creates BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, and process maps. Supports Agile delivery activities, UAT, requirement traceability, solution performance monitoring, and user training for enterprise productivity and workflow tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement validation sessions
- Analyze current-state processes and support future-state process design
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents, user stories, and process maps
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT
- Manage requirement changes and traceability
- Monitor the performance of solutions deployed post Go-live and provide analysis to the end-users
- Facilitate onboarding training for new users and refresher sessions for existing users of enterprise productivity and workflow tools

- Works independently within a defined business scope
- Manages requirements for a specific business area or system
- Escalates complex issues to senior analysts
Qualifications
INTERNAL
- At least 1 year tenure as B4 or P1, P2
- No DA or Not in any active prescriptive period
Required Experience & Skills
- 2 – 4 years of Business Analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience; (BS Industrial Engineering, BS Business Administration preferred)
- Solid understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models) required
- Intermediate to advanced Process and Data analysis skills (process mapping, VSM, Time and Motion Study, Benefit Quantification) required
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills, good communication and exhibits critical thinking skills
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt required, Green belt preferred
- Basic to Intermediate Data Analytics skills
- Familiarity in using BI Tools such as Power BI and Tableau
