The Oreo & Dörmi Brand Manager leads brand projects based on strong understanding of the business environment, consumers, brand and portfolio strategy, in co-operation with central and regional teams. Brand Manager is giving strong support to Senior Brand Manager in annual planning and execution of the aligned strategy to drive growth of KPIs (market share, net revenue, volume and margin). Together with the Junior Brand Manager leading NPD launches, localizing integrated global marketing campaigns, preparing brand activations, market and portfolio analysis, handling budget.

Your main responsibilities
- Ensure that our global love brands are in local consumers mind, heart and home
- Understand different target audiences, how to reach them and fulfill their needs
- Monitor and analyze business results (Nielsen, and internal data) with recommendation for actions to drive brand growth
- Collaborate central team and HU/CZ/SK region, cross-functional teams, agencies
- Localize global campaigns with on time delivery (eg. TV, digital asset adaptation)
- Brief and execute local activations (eg. strong social media activation, nationwide consumer promotion), engage cross-functional teams
- Portfolio management including PPA actions
- Accurate Budget management
- Other ad hoc tasks (eg. artwork change, product photo update)
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and the future of snacking with the help of following experience and knowledge:
- Min. 3 years of relevant brand marketing experience, preferably in FMCG sector
- Proactive, can-do attitude with high flexibility and good problem-solving skills
- Good communication, inspiring and convincing presentation skills
- Good project management skills with attention to details
- Business acumen with analytical skills and a creative mindset
- Nielsen experience and a passion for digital
- Willingness to work in broader cross-country/cross-functional team
- Very strong English (written, spoken, strong negotiation level) and Hungarian
- University Degree in Marketing or/and Economics
