ARNE is a UK-based apparel and footwear brand based in Birchwood Park, near Warrington. We design and develop all our products in the UK, working with trusted manufacturing partners across both the near and far east.

All our products are available directly to customers through ARNEclo.com, offering a seamless online shopping experience. We’re also proud to be stocked in Selfridges, both in-store and online, and we’ve recently opened our first permanent retail store at Liverpool ONE – a huge milestone for the brand.

Looking ahead, we have ambitious goals for the next decade, and the team firmly believes they’re all achievable. From launching new product categories and expanding internationally to investing in paid media, CRM, and growing our retail presence — the next chapter for ARNE is shaping up to be an exciting one. And this is only the beginning!

We’ve come a long way from starting out in Mum’s bungalow back in 2018 to our all-new, fully bespoke HQ. This space will be our home for at least the next 5–10 years, and while it’s not quite our style to shout too loudly, it’s here that we plan to reach our goals, take ARNE global, and further establish ourselves as a truly iconic UK brand.

We are now looking for a Brand Manager who specialises in womenswear to work closely with our Senior Stakeholders, and play a key role in creating and executing the womenswear brand direction, helping to shape ARNE Women’s strategy and bring it to life across all channels, including influencer marketing and VIP events.

Your day-to-day role and responsibilities include:

  • Play a central role in elevating and growing ARNE’s womenswear brand presence.
  • Support and contribute to the development of the overall brand direction as the category scales.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all womenswear social channels.
  • Own the day-to-day management of ARNE womenswear social channels, delivering engaging and on-brand content.
  • Support and execution of the social and influencer marketing strategy for womenswear.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Content to deliver exceptional content aligned to launches, campaigns, and key moments.
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimise output based on insights.
  • Build relationships with emerging and established creators aligned to the ARNE brand.
  • Manage outreach, partnerships, and campaign delivery.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow reach and brand credibility.
  • Manage the gifting programme for ARNE, ensuring a premium and considered approach.
  • Build relationships with key VIPs and brand advocates.
  • Execute VIP initiatives across the brand occasionally supporting with ARNE men’s.
  • Ensure all brand output aligns with ARNE’s aesthetic and positioning, working closely with the content, creative and product teams to bring collections to life.

Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience as Senior Brand Exec / Brand manager working across social media, influencer marketing, or brand within a fast-paced fashion business.
  • Strong hands-on experience in social media management.
  • Proven exposure to influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
  • Experience supporting or managing gifting and VIP activity.
  • A keen interest in womenswear and understanding of the modern female consumer.
  • A strong creative instinct with attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to step into a more strategic, brand-led role.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for ARNE and the premium contemporary fashion space.

Benefits
  • We are proud to be recognised as a Medium sized Sunday Times Best Place to Work two years a row!
  • 32 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays) + your Birthday off
  • Holidays increasing up to 36 days with service
  • Option to buy / sell holidays
  • Generous staff discount
  • Annual and quarterly bonus schemes based on company performance
  • Private Healthcare including Dental & Optical Plans after probation
