  • Analyze traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance across regions, sources, and products;

  • Identify channels, creatives, and funnels that deliver the best results;

  • Build and automate reporting in Tableau, SQL, and Google Sheets — from daily dashboards to monthly summaries;

  • Optimize data collection processes and minimize manual work;

  • Work with data from multiple sources — validate, clean, and prepare it for analysis;

  • Formulate hypotheses, test ideas, and suggest improvements for marketing, acquisition, and product teams;

  • Translate complex data into clear visuals and actionable insights to help teams scale successful approaches.

We need your professional experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in BI or marketing analytics;

  • Be proficient in SQL, Tableau, Google Sheets / Excel (pivots, formulas, data structuring);

  • Have experience working with large datasets and building reports from scratch;

  • Demonstrate skills in data validation, process automation, and business metric structuring;

  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing, PM, BI, and Media Buyers;

  • Have Intermediate English or higher (some teams operate fully in English);

  • Experience in digital marketing or acquisition analytics (Nice to have).
