As a Bently Nevada UK Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning business through customer management and development/execution of strategies for long-term growth of an assigned geographical region within the UK.
 

In this customer facing, remote (home-based) role, you will be required to:

  • Develop pipeline and secure orders of hardware, software and service solutions within a specified geographical region in the UK.

  • Handle customer requirements through technical product knowledge and application knowledge of the environment where the solutions will be used. The sales process requires regular customer facetime, discovery, technical analysis and adaptation to customer requirements.

  • Manage complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders at the customer side and internally within our company.

  • Support diverse customers from a variety of industrial sectors.

  • Manage the entire sales process, including accurate forecasting via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, SFDC Deal Machine.

  • Develop strategy plans for growth within existing customers and new business areas.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess a bachelor’s in; Electrical; Electronic; Mechanical Engineering or similar, from an accredited university or college.

  • Demonstrate successful experience in B2B Sales.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of selling technical solutions.

  • Have previous working experience or knowledge of Oil & Gas, Energy and Petrochemical industries.

  • Have a ‘customer first’ mindset.

  • Be a self-starter, with a high level of motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.

  • Be fluent in English and eligible to work in the UK, with no requirement for future sponsorship.

  • Be located within England or Wales, for direct access to assigned geographical region and customer base.

  • Have a full UK driving license.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
