Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in EPDM in our office in Amsterdam!

Drive employee engagement and competitiveness with a clear benefits strategy for the EPDM Zone, which this role will be responsible for developing and owning while working closely with HR and the Global Benefits/Rewards team.

  • Own the benefits strategy for Europe and action plan with local markets to ensure strategy implementation
  • Be aware of benefits trends, regularly reflecting this in the zone strategy
  • Design and own core benefits in UK & Netherlands; provide support and expertise on benefits across Rest of Europe
  • Work with Local HR to ensure they are knowledgeable on benefits offerings to manage benefits queries (NL & UK); act as an escalation for benefits questions
  • Support with audits and compliance checks
  • Work closely with Payroll teams to ensure accurate administration of benefits
  • Own benefits projects and support projects where expertise is required
  • Partner with the Global Rewards and Benefits team to ensure alignment with Global projects
  • Accountable for benefits invoicing and PO Management
  • Prior benefits management experience required (5 Years)
  • Experience in UK and NL benefits required, rest of Europe beneficial
  • Knowledge of statutory laws in the UK and NL
