About the role:

You will work directly with the Lead Core.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop new features on the various backend projects (RTB, adserver, tracking, indexing, metrics...) and maintain the existing ones while respecting the team's guidelines;

  • Work continuously to optimize the performance (throughput, latency, etc.) of the various backend projects;

  • Ensure the quality, evolution and scalability of deliverables (specifications and performance characteristics) during the development and production phases;

  • Participate in the design of future backend projects and, more generally, in the architecture of Adyoulike's technological stack;

  • Participate in the technical documentation of the various projects in which you will be involved;

  • Participate in the implementation of unit and functional tests;

  • Collaborate with the QA team during the validation phase of pre-production releases.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Passionate and curious, you enjoy investigating a given problem;

  • Ambitious and proactive;

  • Highly autonomous.

  • A first experience (minimum 3 years) on a backend project with important performance and/or scalability constraints;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (in both French and English) and ability to communicate easily with a team;

    The following skills:

  • You are familiar with the GO language (goroutines, chans and sync);

  • You know (have already used within a project) at least one of the following NoSQL technologies: Aerospike, Redis, ScyllaDB but also SQL : Postgres ;

  • You know how Kafka works;

  • You are familiar with microservices infras (gRPC is a plus);

  • You are familiar with git workflows;

  • Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus.
