About The Role:
As a B2B Operation Representative at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the operation process.
Responsibilities:
Joining the field team for activities
Achieving monthly operation targets - convert cardholders to money remittances.
Making calls to existing customers to maximize potential
Interact with customers & coordinate meetings
Multitask between different communication channels
Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps
Improve customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagement
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi & English – Mandatory.
Excellent communication between customer & department
Flexibility in working hours is required.
Proficient in all MS Office products
Experience in the Payments and Banking industry - Advantage
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Enjoy working as part of a team
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact
Proven track record in outbound converting calls
** This is a temporary position - maternity leave for 9 months.
