Job Description:

Role Overview
The Azure Solution Lead is a strategic
thinking role, being a key contributor for driving and shaping high-impact opportunities within the Azure solution pillar. The Solution Lead supports the commercial team throughout the sales cycle - from qualification and solution design to delivery handover - acting as the bridge between sales and technical functions. As a subject matter expert (SME), the Solution Lead promotes our capabilities to partners, vendors, customers, and internal teams. This role also involves mentoring team members, leading complex projects, shaping the evolution of our solution offerings, and supporting with hand-on delivery where required. 

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in cloud, and infrastructure consulting, with 5+ years in a leadership role 

  • Proven experience managing technical teams and driving strategic initiatives in a matrixed organisation 

  • Strong understanding of private & hybrid cloud platforms 

  • Demonstrated success in business development, partner management, and practice P&L ownership 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills 

  • Relevant certifications in private & hybrid cloud, or leadership (e.g., Azure Technical, ITIL, TOGAF) are highly desirable
