At LiveCraft, we’re redefining the future of social commerce. By blending passion with performance, we transform compelling content into measurable commercial outcomes.

LiveCraft is a specialist social commerce agency that launches, scales, and optimises brands' presence across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, Twitch, and beyond. We design and activate bespoke programmes that create authentic customer engagement, delivering content-led conversions through livestreaming, influencer partnerships, affiliate programme management, and seamless marketplace logistics.

We operate as a division of Podean, a multi-award-winning global Marketplace Marketing agency.

We are looking for an Associate Social Commerce Manager to join our growing UK team. This role will primarily support the development and delivery of social commerce strategies on platforms such as TikTok Shop, with opportunities to expand across other platforms in future.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong interest in content, influencers, and digital commerce, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Social Commerce Manager to plan, execute and refine social commerce initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates, ensuring seamless onboarding and high-quality content delivery for brand campaigns.
  • Assist in curating and optimising TikTok Shop storefronts, ensuring product listings, images and copy are accurate and appealing.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, track KPIs and prepare reports offering actionable insights.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams both within LiveCraft UK and globally with our parent agency, Podean.
  • Keep up to date with the latest social commerce trends, tools and TikTok Shop updates to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Support with client communications, deliverables and presentations.
  • Assist in managing campaign budgets and reconciling spend.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years’ experience in social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or a related area.
  • Solid understanding of TikTok and other key platforms with commerce capabilities.
  • Passionate about social trends, influencer culture and creator communities.
  • Data-literate with the ability to analyse and interpret campaign performance.
  • Experience working directly with influencers or content creators is a plus.
  • Clear communicator, team player, and highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Confident using tools like TikTok Creator Marketplace, affiliate dashboards, and reporting tools.
