Associate Growth Programme Manager - Business Development 

Location - Remote UK or Hybrid London, Manchester or Macclesfield  

We are seeking an Associate Growth Programme Manager to drive whitespace business development campaigns and enhance lead generation efforts across Inizio Medical. This role requires a strategic and proactive professional who understands the nuances of the pharmaceutical industry, including the distinctions between clinical, commercial, and medical affairs functions. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on email and LinkedIn campaigns to generate new business opportunities and increase engagement with prospective clients. They will collaborate closely with the Growth Strategy and Growth Operations teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute whitespace business development campaigns targeting potential clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
  • Research and identify key companies and decision makers within specified therapeutic areas and service categories, including medical affairs, publications, clinical, and commercial teams
  • Leverage our CRM (HubSpot) to manage and track leads, maintain pipeline visibility, report progress and ensure timely follow-up
  • Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to introduce our services, maximizing engagement and conversion
  • Analyze lead generation performance and provide recommendations for optimizing outreach and engagement strategies
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends, therapeutic areas, and competitor activities to refine business development approaches
  • Partner with the Global Head, Growth and SVP, Growth Operations to enhance campaign development and lead generation tactics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, service offerings, and client engagement strategies

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experienced in business development, sales, or lead generation within medical communications, medical affairs, or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of medical affairs, publications, clinical development, and commercial functions within pharmaceutical/biotech companies
  • Ability to quickly learn new therapeutic areas and disease states to engage in meaningful discussions with potential clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to drive results
  • Experience developing and refining lead generation tactics to improve conversion rates
  • Previous experience in medical communications, medical affairs consulting, or a related industry is a plus
