Associate Client Legal Administrator

Hybrid (3 days per week min. in the office)
The salary range for this specific role will be €50.000 – €60.000 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.

As Relationship Officer Corporate & Legal Services (Associate Client Legal Administrator), you play a critical role in the success of our business. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team of corporate services experts.
You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with some of the best minds in corporate services. You will oversee a diverse range of administrative and financial responsibilities for our unregulated international clients.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
Your typical day will consist of taking part in a large range of tasks including:
Legal and Corporate Secretarial:
assisting with timely and accurate execution of corporate and finance transactions
filing the financial statements and financial reports for client companies
assisting with drafting mandatory requisitions and files notices with the RCS
checking the availability of company names
Relationship Management:
be the daily main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
assisting in the appropriate organization and welcome of clients during client meetings
assisting in the organization and preparation of board meetings
Compliance:
supporting the legal team in all Compliance/KYC related matters
Administrative:
maintaining the files of client companies in accordance with and procedures
assisting with the preparation and execution of the payment instructions for client companies
coordinating the administrative contacts for legalization and liaising with notary offices, governmental offices, tax authorities and Trade Register (as applicable)
supporting with various types of (legal) correspondence, reports and other documents
assisting with the cash collection of the outstanding invoices of his/her portfolio of client companies
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
Have a high school degree or diploma
Have a master degree or diploma, preferably in Law
0-2 years of relevant experience in an international Legal, Tax or Trust environment
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Any additional language is an advantage
Have a real passion for what they do and why they do it
