Responsibilities

With your organizational skills, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our high service standards are maintained throughout the night, while also overseeing security on the premises.

  • Responsibility for smooth operations and optimal operational processes
  • Access control, security patrols, monitoring of security-related systems
  • Organizing shifts
  • Conducting shift duties (check-in, check-out, night audit, billing, room assignments, complaint handling, training new employees, etc.)
  • Preparing the daily closing, maintaining statistics, and reporting
  • Supporting the team in all matters
Qualifications

What you should bring: 

  • Completed vocational training or degree in the hospitality industry
  • One to two years of professional experience in this position, at a similar level, and in a company of comparable size
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident and positive demeanor
  • Safety-conscious mindset
  • Ability to identify and set priorities correctly
  • Structured, determined, and goal-oriented work style
  • Organizational and teamwork skills, as well as self-motivation
  • Reliability
  • Good command of German and English, as well as proficiency in commonly used computer programs
