The Account Manager will work within the Portfolio Management (PM) team to provide exceptional service to our direct and channel/referral partners. The client experience spans our service lines which include Employer of Record (EOR) and Business and Corporate Services (BCS) which includes payroll, tax, accounting, HR advisory and entity management. Candidates with prior experience in a payroll service delivery environment or who have supported clients with BCS will be given preference, as well as those with experience of using Hubspot and ClickUp.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Depending on the nature and requirements of the Client or Partner the scope of the Account Manager tasks may vary.
Generally:
- Once the Sales process is concluded and the Business Development Team has passed a closed deal over, the Account Manager will be responsible for setting up the clients and Partners in GoGlobal’s platforms.
- Support the team in their role as the main POC for clients and partners as well supporting as a key POC for GoGlobal internal stakeholders to coordinate any Client queries.
- Support in ensuring Clients' agreed requirements and expectations are met by coordinating with all internal parties.
- Support in managing Client’s expectations and follow through on commitments.
- Multi-task between various inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond to everyday Client queries received via email or calls in a timely manner.
- Assist in resolving problems by investigating presented issues and consulting and coordinating with internal stakeholders and the Client.
- Support with the communication on country regulatory or other various process changes and collaborate with Partners so they can manage and communicate required changes with their respective end clients as needed.
- Ensure documentation, filing and distribution of all agreed pricing, and terms and conditions via contracts, addendums or email for easy reference and use by all internal departments.
- Support the Sales and Business Development teams as required in the Sales stage on country specific requirements as well as operational questions.
- Minimum Degree of equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with Account Manager with Customer Services/Customer Success experience within a BCS environment
- Having payroll background or experience is an added advantage, as is experience in using tools such as Hubspot and ClickUp
- Exceptional communication skills in written and verbal English
- Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude
- Proactive and passionate about client satisfaction and problem solving
- Ability to multi-task between various inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent interpersonal skills
