Position Summary

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Direction Lead to join Sciplay’s Marketing Innovation team. This role involves leading and managing a creative team, executing large-scale projects, and developing accurate and innovative marketing materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating unique brand experiences, overseeing TV ad campaigns, and enhancing the company’s visual presence in global markets, with an emphasis on the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Sciplay’s brand design – Be the brand gatekeeper and manage ad-hoc and strategic design projects for internal and external communication needs.
  • Lead and manage complex TV ad campaigns from inception to final execution.
  • Support Marketing Innovation campaigns – From billboards to online campaigns, designing landing pages and print.
  • Manage a team of two experienced designers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a top-tier advertising agency, minimum 2 years as an Art Director.
  • Proven success in managing a creative team.
  • Full proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.
  • Leading large and complex projects independently, including managing workflows and collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Proven experience in managing TV ad campaigns from concept to final execution, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Proven experience in 360 ad campaigns – Billboards, print, online, etc. 
  • Proven experience in working closely with copywriters, producers, and directors to create compelling and impactful advertisements for television.
  • Hands-on design ability in visual content editing and creating visual brand experiences.
  • Ability to crack creative concepts: From messaging to visualization.
  • Proven branding experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work after hours to align with U.S. time zone hours.
  • English level – Full professional proficiency.
  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with global brands in the U.S. market – Advantage.
  • UI/UX Experience – Advantage.
