The Application Specialist in Service Performance is responsible for the 2nd line support function of the following systems, applications and products:
Consumer Applications
- Customer Mobile App (iOS & Android)
- Customer Web Portal
Installation & Maintenance tools
- Installation & Maintenance Applications
- Internal Support Tools
Verisure product family
The Verisure product family and how the whole alarm system operates and interacts e.g. between the Central Unit and all peripherals (Magnet Contacts, PIR/Cameras, Smoke Detectors etc.).
Applications and products may change over time as we continuously develop our products and services.
First point of contact for support and escalations from 1st line support functions / Super Users in Country Operations
Responsible for efficient collaboration, interaction, troubleshooting and resolution during incident management between effected countries, 1st line support and 3rd line support functions in Technology and/or with external vendor/s
The 2nd line support function includes responsibility to manage support issues and incidents reported (escalated) from the 1st line support of the applications in scope.
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of User documentation to 1st line Support / Super Users
Responsible for User training to 1st line / Train-the-trainer
Responsible for post .production release verification during/after Application Releases and Data Center Site Switches
Actively participate and assist RnD / Product Development / Product QA through the development phases until the In Life Operations -phase of new products.
Contribute continuously with the target to improve our processes & ways of working within the team and with our stakeholders
