Our Opportunity

We're seeking a talented and results-oriented AI Systems Engineer to join our growing team! You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI solutions that empower our internal operations and drive business value.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Building and maintaining internal AI systems: Develop and maintain software pipelines for training, deploying, and monitoring machine learning and Gen. AI  projects used for various internal tasks (e.g., knowledge management, data analysis, process automation, decision support).
  • Optimizing AI infrastructure: Collaborate on optimizing our AI infrastructure for scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Performing data integration and engineering: Ensure seamless data flow for AI projects by integrating data from various sources and performing necessary cleaning and transformation.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders: Partner closely with data scientists and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development 
  • Proficiency in programming languages especially Python
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure
  • Good knowledge and experience with generative AI concepts, frameworks and models ( eg. Langchain, OpenAI)
  • Good knowledge and experience with machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We’d be Lucky if You: 

  • Have hands on experience with Python
  • Have experience interacting with generative models via API endpoints
  • Are familiar with concepts of AI application development eg. RAG models, fine tuning 
  • Are familiar with AI frameworks eg. Langchain
