This role is essential to NewGen’s ambition of leading the creator economy through data, automation, and AI-powered workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead & Deliver NewGenOS (AI Technology Influencer Tool)

- Ensure NewGenOS integrates smoothly with internal systems, dashboards, and external client requirements.
2. Contribute & Deliver NewGen Live (AI-Powered Streaming Capability)
- Build and maintain AI tools that enhance streaming outputs for creators and brands (e.g. automated highlight cuts, live captioning, overlays, data driven creative prompts).
- Work closely with the Gaming, Talent, and Production teams to operationalise AI within live campaigns, events, and streams.
- Support the development of new revenue-generating streaming formats powered by AI.
3. Enhance AI Across the Entire Business
- Conduct a full audit of workflows across Strategy, Creative, Production, Talent, Client Services, Marketing, and New Business. Identifying AI opportunities for speed, automation, and accuracy.
- Create and maintain best-practice documentation, playbooks, and training for all departments.
- Build custom internal tools and improve adoption through education sessions.
- Own integration and optimisation of generative AI tools (text, image, video, automation, reporting).
- Partner with the Finance and Operations teams to measure productivity improvements and cost savings from AI implementations.
- Provide ongoing innovation scouting — testing new AI technologies and recommending adoption where strategically valuable.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands on experience in AI development, automation, or ML driven product building.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI (GPT, Claude, diffusion models, video AI tools, RPA workflows).
- Ability to prototype fast and manage technical products end to end.
- Experience implementing AI in creative, content, or marketing environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with creator economy tools, data platforms, or social analytics.
