🎯 The Role
We’re building AI-powered infrastructure to support the life and workflows of a high-performance founder, executive team, and the entire company. As an AI Productivity Engineer, you’ll work across automation, LLM integration, voice interfaces, and assistant design — everything from custom GPT tools to end-to-end workflows. This is a deeply creative, practical, and high-autonomy role where you’ll be building the future of personal and enterprise productivity tooling.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Develop AI-powered assistants and tools — from a Meeting Coach to executive AI copilots.
Build and optimise workflows with platforms like n8n to drive company-wide automation.
Create pipelines that process and structure information with generative AI, syncing with Notion, Evernote, iCloud Notes, and beyond.
Integrate internal systems (Notion, Slack, email) via APIs to create seamless productivity flows.
Rapidly translate executive ideas into functional prototypes and iterate based on performance and feedback.
👀 Who You Are
Highly curious, ambitious, and motivated to push the frontier of AI productivity.
Experienced with OpenAI-compatible APIs, tool calling, and building chatbots or automations.
Strong backend engineering skills in Python or Node.
Familiar with workflow platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make.
Clear communicator with a bias for async documentation.
Nice-to-haves
Experience designing or deploying voice interfaces.
Prior exposure to enterprise productivity or knowledge management systems.
Track record of experimenting with the latest AI tooling and integrating it into real workflows.
