Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional to be responsible for audience engagement on our affiliate platform; this role will require excellent multitasking skills, a creative way of thinking and an understanding of the relevant brands requirements. Working closely with the wider digital marketing team you will be responsible for building and developing the affiliate program for Frasers Group.

The purpose of this role is to assist the Affiliate Manager in the day to day management of the Paid Channels with a primary focus on our affiliate performance. You will be responsible for campaign planning, administration and performance optimisation of our UK and international affiliate programmes across multiple fascias.

  • Nurture the continued growth of our affiliate programmes in multiple and emerging markets
  • Develop, lead and manage affiliate promotional activity plans across multiple brands
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure campaigns are timely and on brand
  • Building email newsletters to keep publishers up to date with our latest offers and promotions.
  • Communication with both publishers and network to make sure the brands are being displayed correctly as well as building relationships.
  • Deliver against sales targets for the affiliate channel and be able to reforecast and adapt to changing budget requirements
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Keep up to date with new platforms and initiatives

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in retail.
  • Commercially astute with experience of owning and working to achieve targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse and evaluate performance of marketing activities and make recommendations for future optimisations
  • Ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects
  • Ability to own mistakes and failures, adopting a continual test and learn approach
