Civica Health and Care software streamlines delivery, enhances patient services and improves financial, workforce and care management. We are seeking an experienced, engaging and resilient Account Manager to manage Civica Health & Care SaaS customers. You will be establish and maintain long lasting relationships with your customer and be responsible for the retention and growth of your accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Account Planning & Pipeline Development

- Driving Opportunity Momentum & Progression
- Building Advocacy & Long-Term Value
- 5 years + experience managing SaaS Accounts
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced target driven environment
- Excellent communication skills and natural relationship builder
- The ability to question, negotiate and influence
- Full UK driving licence
