We’re looking for a seasoned Account Executive to be one of our first hires in our London office! 

Where does this role fit in our vision?

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for utilizing your local network to sell Lusha’s product suite into UK markets (and eventually broader into Western European markets). 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Drive new business acquisition through outbound and inbound efforts: Identify and prioritize account opportunities, source and develop pipeline, and close new customers across the UK market, with potential expansion into Western Europe.
  • Balance inbound and outbound sales: Leverage inbound leads (SQLs, PQLs) while building and executing a strong outbound motion through cold calls, email sequences, and personalized outreach.
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end: Manage the process from initial engagement to pricing proposals, negotiation, contracting, and closing, in alignment with Lusha’s sales methodology.
  • Pipeline and forecasting discipline: Maintain a healthy mix of inbound and outbound opportunities, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and reliable forecasting.
  • Consultative selling: Lead discovery-driven conversations, deeply understand prospects’ business challenges, and position Lusha’s solutions with a clear ROI and long-term strategic value.
  • Handle sales complexity: Navigate legal, security, and compliance processes as part of the enterprise-grade SaaS sales cycle.
  • Meet and exceed quota: Consistently achieve revenue targets by demonstrating resiliency, coach-ability, and a bias for action.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience in a closing role focused on European markets
  • Experience in managing both enterprise and mid-market opportunities   
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Strong customer-facing, communication and presentation skills
  • Track record of consistent over-achievement in past sales roles 
  • Comfort negotiating and navigating contracts, security and legal discussions
  • Self-starter, result-oriented, process-oriented, high-energy, adaptable and inquisitive attitude
  • Ability to seek out new business, while maximizing and growing client relationships
  • AI-savvy: comfortable working with AI tools and staying ahead of emerging trends
