The Systems Administration function is pivotal to maintaining a secure and scalable infrastructure. It involves owning the complete identity stack-from administering core IAM platforms like Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory, to enforcing rigorous access governance and user lifecycle protocols across all enterprise SaaS tools. Furthermore, we ensure our multi-cloud presence (AWS, GCP, Azure) is future-proofed, using automation and IaC to guarantee security and efficiency at any scale.

About the Role
The Senior Systems Administrator oversees identity, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure by managing IAM platforms and ensuring secure provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control across Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS applications. This role administers and optimizes our cloud environments, maintains Windows and Linux systems, and leverages automation and IaC tools for scalable operations.
- Expertly administer and integrate core IAM platforms (Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory) to manage the full user lifecycle, enforcing SSO/MFA and access control across all critical SaaS applications.
- Optimize and manage robust multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), leveraging IaC (Terraform, Puppet) and automation for scalable deployment and consistent configuration of Windows and Linux systems.
- Serve as the final escalation point for L3 technical issues, leading urgent investigation, triage, and resolution of critical infrastructure outages while ensuring SLA adherence and driving comprehensive post-mortem analysis.
The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
- Proven experience managing Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack at scale
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, SSO, and MFA implementation.
- Background in server administration (Windows/Linux) and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Certification
- Google Cloud Professional Engineer / Workspace Admin
- Okta Certified Administrator
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills.
