We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Group Product Manager to lead our Automations Group—one of the most strategic domains in monday’s platform, powering our automation and integrations engine, including the new monday workflows product.

- Extensive leadership experience managing large-scale product areas serving a broad customer base.
- Proven success leading managers — at least 6+ years managing PMs (including Group or Senior PMs) with a track record of developing top-performing teams.
- Strategic operator: Skilled at setting north-star metrics, building actionable strategies, and aligning multiple teams behind measurable outcomes.
- Data-driven and impact-focused: Strong analytical abilities; comfortable using metrics to define success and guide trade-offs.
- Exceptional communicator: Inspires clarity and alignment across senior stakeholders, communicates complex decisions simply, and represents the product vision effectively.
- Execution excellence: Balances urgency, craft, and quality; ensures continuous learning and improvement cycles across teams.
- Experience in SaaS — must.
- Technical fluency (development background advantageous).
