SUMMARY/OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the delivery of Acoustic Connect services, providing strategic guidance and driving product adoption for Acoustic’s key customers. This role combines technical expertise with strong consulting skills to manage digital marketing technology implementations, lead client engagements, and scope larger service projects. The ideal candidate is confident under pressure, excels in problem-solving, and can articulate innovative solutions using Acoustic’s technology stack. You’ll collaborate with project managers, mentor peers, and ensure all deliverables exceed client expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought leader by leveraging strategic marketing expertise to define best practices and deliver high-impact content, such as presentations, webinars, reports, and business cases, to stakeholders across all levels, including the C-suite.
  • Provide consultative advice to improve customers’ digital marketing campaigns and streamline operations.
  • Offer expert guidance on marketing campaign best practices and Acoustic Connect product utilization.
  • Deliver high-quality, strategic consulting engagements around Acoustic Connect in diverse customer environments.
  • Serve as a thought leader by leveraging strategic marketing expertise to define best practices and deliver high-impact content, such as presentations, webinars, reports, and business cases, to stakeholders across all levels, including the C-suite.
  • Scope and lead both packaged services and custom consulting engagements simultaneously.
  • Create reusable materials and templates for internal and external use.
  • Represent Acoustic at industry events, both in-person and online.

Project & Customer Management

  • Oversee strategic program delivery by aligning project initiatives with business goals, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and driving measurable outcomes across complex, multi-phase engagements.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of product issues, including problem identification, solution planning, and customer updates.
  • Provide consistent deliverability reviews, guidance, and support via scheduled and ad-hoc customer calls.
  • Ensure project alignment with Acoustic Connect Services standards and processes.

Business Development

  • Collaborate with Sales on new and existing opportunities, influencing renegotiations when needed.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and custom solutions.
  • Create standalone consulting proposals and contribute to formal RFP responses.

Expertise & Continuous Development

  • Achieve basic certification within 30 days and professional certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Become a subject matter expert in at least one Acoustic product, including Acoustic Connect.
  • Develop a strategic understanding of Acoustic Connect and Services methodologies for customer engagements.
  • Continuously improve consulting practices and internal processes, including service offering development.
  • Promote knowledge sharing across the Services team, and wider organization.

Operational Standards

  • Comply with all people and security policies.
  • Meet billable and customer utilization targets as defined by management.
INTERACTION AND TRAVEL:

This role involves close collaboration with key departmental and project stakeholders across the organization, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels. While the position does not include formal supervisory responsibilities, the Senior Consultant will mentor and support junior team members. The role is hybrid, with a mix of remote work and time spent at Acoustic’s London office. Occasional travel may be required but will not exceed 20%.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or digital marketing within a SaaS or services organization, including 2+ years in a senior role.
  • Strong background in marketing automation, email marketing, analytics, and deliverability strategy.
  • Experience with interactive marketing channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, social, microsites) and social/local applications.
  • Proven examples of thought leadership; in front of prospects, customers, third-parties and internal stakeholders.
  • Technically proficient in MarTech, with intermediate knowledge of deliverability tools and tactics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; able to lead customer conversations and cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences and applying competitive insights in customer engagements.
  • Skilled in gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable project documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability in risk management, scoping, and process improvement.
  • Comfortable working independently, in ambiguous situations, and across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven project management skills with strong organization, time management, and strategic thinking.
