Job Description
We are seeking a driven and forward-thinking Outreach Manager to join HiBob's GTM RevOps team. If you have experience as a Marketing Automation Manager, Customer Engagement Manager, Social Media Manager or similar roles, you may be a perfect fit.
The Outreach Manager will be responsible for managing and executing outbound strategies to build relationships with key stakeholders, generate leads, and promote the organisation's goals.
What you'll do
Develop and Execute Outreach Strategies:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement outreach strategies promoting HiBob's product.
  • Design content frameworks and outreach collateral that align with the company's brand voice and resonate with target audiences.


Own the Outreach Platform at Hibob:

  • Own the outreach platform, ensuring its effective use in managing and optimising sales and outreach efforts.
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Outreach, aligning it with HiBob's business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain outreach sequences, templates, and workflows within the platform to support targeted and personalised communication.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of outreach campaigns within the platform, making data-driven adjustments to enhance outcomes.


Create and Manage Outreach Content

  • Write, edit, and oversee the production of outreach content focused on email campaigns.
  • Adopt and use AI to create assets supporting large-scale campaigns.


Manage and Optimise Outreach Campaigns:

  • Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including email, phone, social media, and events.
  • Create compelling outreach materials such as emails, cold calling scripts, social media posts, and promotional content.
  • Continuously test and experiment with different communication strategies, messaging, and content formats to identify what resonates most with target audiences.
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to determine effectiveness and optimise outreach campaigns.


Track, Monitor and Report:

  • Track the effectiveness of outreach efforts using key metrics such as open rates, response rates, and conversion rates.
  • Report on outreach outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.


Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with product marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure cohesive outreach and effective outreach initiatives.
  • Serve as the liaison between the sales and marketing departments to ensure a unified approach to market communication.


Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales communication, marketing communication, community management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM, marketing automation tools, and sales engagement software.
  • Solid project management, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to enhance sales effectiveness through communication strategies.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
