Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, legal and compliance to analyze, define, prioritize, and structure product requirements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive and detailed product roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
- Draft detailed business & functional specifications and continuously gather and evaluate feedback from various resources, that will be used by IT team to develop all product new features and enhancements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
General Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a product owner and/or prior experience in business analysis/project management preferably in consumer-oriented products/services industry.
- Experience in defining and refining product requirements and user stories.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Miro).
- Fluency in English language both written & verbal.
- Eligible to work in the EU on a full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
