We’re looking for a highly organized and delivery-focused Project Manager to join our growing Brandwatch SMM team. As part of the Benchmark team, you will play a key role in defining the value proposition, improving team efficiency, driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of complex projects that support our platform’s roadmap.
Benchmark as a product allows our customers to orient in the social media landscape of their industry. We use data science and AI to deliver insights, that customers can act on. Help us drive the innovation.
Responsibilities
Plan, track, and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for projects across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams.
Coordinate communication across stakeholders and facilitate alignment during the project lifecycle.
Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure teams stay on track to meet goals.
Drive continuous improvement of the team and project processes.
Maintain transparency with status updates, reporting, and documentation.
Define acceptance criteria and lead the user acceptance testing.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
PMP, Scrum Master certification, or equivalent is a plus.
