About the Role
Network Services are a key driver for scaling the Services business, through Mastercard's 1-many go-to-market ("GTM") channels. Our mission is to channel new initiatives that enhance the Mastercard network ecosystem and meet client needs, creating value for the entire network and scalable revenues for Services.
As Network Services Analytics Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting INER (Incremental Network-Enabled Revenue) initiatives that leverage Mastercard's network capabilities to create additional value for customers and partners. These initiatives typically involve delivering new or improved services via the network, optimising pricing structures, and introducing behavioural or compliance-related fees.
Key Responsibilities• Support the Network Services INER Strategy Director in executing the regional Services INER strategy and pipeline.• Identify channel-ready products and assist global/regional teams in developing new network channel propositions and enhancements.• Collaborate with proposal owners to select optimal go-to-market approaches, define value-based pricing, and set timelines.• Work closely with proposal owners and value quantification teams to analyse data, build robust value narratives, develop and refine pricing models, and adjust business cases based on stakeholder feedback.• Monitor and evaluate INER initiatives through post-mortem analysis to drive continuous improvement.• Develop and maintain the Network Services Financials Tracker to monitor business performance, produce management reports, and coordinate action plans with Network Services market leads.• Support various internal management reporting requests.
About You• Consulting background in a multinational environment• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects• Proven experience designing and implementing analytics • Expertise in analytical and financial modelling capabilities, data-driven decision making, predictive modelling, and visualisation tools• Proficiency with analytics and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and experience with Python/R for data modelling• Skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling business proposals• Collaborative approach, with experience working across operations, product, finance, and leadership teams• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver measurable business impact
