Role: Marketing Executive - Myprotein 

Report to - General Manager 

Region: Korea

Location: THG ICON 1, 7-9 Sunbank Lane, WA15 0AF 

We are looking for a Korean speaking Marketing Executive, to help drive sales and performance across Myprotein Korea, joining one of the high performing teams in the brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for crafting strategies for Influencer Team to identify and recruit suitable influencers and partnerships, on-board content creators and platforms in-line with the overall marketing goals to drive business growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end relationship management and develop new & existing Partnership Leads, securing opportunities with on-brand partnerships.
  • Use tools including Excel and Google Analytics to analyse and report on influencer performance.
  • Liaise with Content, Social, Campaign and Digital teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage that ensures best possible balance of ROI and growth.
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide forecasts, competitive analysis, marketing campaign results, and consumer trends to convert results into actionable strategies.
  • Work in synergy with the rest of the Myprotein international team to identify new growth opportunities and ways in which to improve our brand reputation and presence in Korea.
  • Reporting on Myprotein Korea’s influencer performance on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Part ownership of the Myprotein Korea Influencer Database.
  • Supporting growth on new partnership and platforms and identify opportunity (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Naver, Kakao) so Myprotein is evolving with the industry at all times.

Role Requirements:

  • · Multi-lingual with passion for developing Korean Markets with the ability to write and speak Korean to a full professional level.
  • · 2+ years of relevant experience in Influencer /digital marketing, fast-paced work environment/industry preferred.
  • · Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent individuals with ability to work under pressure and multitask and handle business challenges as when they arise.
  • · Strong verbal/written communication skills and people management skills, with ability to work autonomously with high responsibility.
  • · Genuine interest and strong understanding of Digital marketing channels and e-commerce - to work in a digital first environment.
  • · Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with early responsibility for key decision making.
  • · Calm under pressure with the ability to analyse workload, assign priorities, and maintain focus on productive endeavors.
  • · Interest in Fitness or Sports Nutrition would be beneficial.
